Description

Polyurethane resins for injection, which react if they meet water. The chemical reaction occurs rapidly, forming a flexible or semi-flexible closed-cell consolidating foam with high impermeability and chemical stability, with excellent resistance to washout (water and chemical solutions). The reaction time can be controlled by adding an accelerator.

Main applications

Waterproofing of concrete and masonry structures subject to heavy water ingress, sealing of cracks in underground constructions (concrete, masonry and sandy soil), eliminating water leaks in foundations, blocking infiltrations, sealing expansion joints and joint sealing between ashlars.

Description

Injection resins, expanding and non-expanding, with different reactivity and mechanical properties. Chemical stability. They penetrate into the smallest cracks and form a stable, hard-elastic and waterproof foam.
Also available with manual stirring.

Main applications

Filling, waterproofing and consolidation of rocks, friable soils, and structures affected by high pressure water inlets, as well as for conveying water to groundwater areas and for filling voids and cavities.

Two-component organo-mineral silicate injection resins. The reaction occurs very rapidly to form rigid, fire resistant foams.
They have excellent adhesion to stone materials.

Description

Rigid and compact injection resins, non-expanding, with high mechanical resistance and chemical stability, even to hydrocarbons.
The presence of water, or adverse climatic conditions, do not significantly influence the course of the reaction nor favor the swelling of the product.

Main applications

Sealing, coating and waterproofing structures and cracked surfaces subject to the presence of water – tanks and aqueducts, soil consolidation and landslides, filling, for anchoring and nailing. The product can also be used in the construction field with coating and screed restoration properties.

Description

Cleaner formulated for injection equipment, without causing damage to seals, hoses or internal parts of pumps. The product is not flammable.

Main applications

Cleaner specially formulated to effectively remove unreacted polyurethane and similar resin residues from injection pumps, lines and mixing components.
