Description
Polycondensation silicone elastomers. Pourable and kneadable silicone rubbers RTV-2. High resistance to tearing and temperature, excellent reproduction fidelity, good dimensional stability and excellent release properties. Hardness between 6 and 40 shoreA.
Main applications
Ideal for serial reproduction. Ideal for different reproductions of decorative elements, candles, statues, objects in general. Panels and reconstructed stone, industrial applications (seals, thicknesses, solutions for insulation and protection).
Suitable for small and complex moulds, for large castings, vertical moulds.
Description
Polycondensation silicone elastomers. Liquid silicone. Pourable silicone rubbers RTV-2, very fluid, fast hardening time, self-levelling and with a good quality/price ratio. Hardness between 5 and 35 shoreA.
Main applications
Suitable for limited reproductions, even of large dimensions. Widely used in the footwear sector for the creation of molds for serial reproduction, they can be used for the production of all kinds of molds (artistic foundries, restoration, architectural elements) as long as they do not have an excessive number of details/undercuts which would cause easy tearing.
Description
Polyaddition silicone elastomers. Pourable silicone rubbers, RTV-2 platinum cure silicone rubbers. Excellent tear and temperature resistance, dimensionally stable. The product is very durable over time, has short polymerization time. Hardness between 13 and 30 shoreA.
Main applications
Perfect for molds in industrial applications, molds for jewelry, rapid prototyping, special effects for theater and cinema.
