Very fluid and elastic, suitable for open-air or hollow space moulds. Excellent mechanical properties. Hardness between 30 and 60 shoreA.
Main applications
Flexible molds of small or medium dimensions also with important undercuts. Prototypes and technical or industrial items (seals, stamps, shock absorbers, …).

Two-component polyurethane-based rubbers, highly fluid, transparent, stable to exposure to sunlight and artificial light. Hardness ranges from 22 to 60 Shore A.
Main applications
Encapsulation, applications requiring superior light transmission, optical sensors, decorative casting. In film and theater applications, or for display cases, to simulate broken glass, ice, or jewelry.

Two-component polyurethane/polyurea-based elastomers, low viscosity, suitable for casting, centrifugal or injection at room temperature, excellent mechanical properties, flexibility and high resistance to abrasion. Hardness between 35 and 80 shoreA.
Main applications
Medium/large moulds. Ideal for pouring cement agglomerates, industrial articles.
Description
Two-component polyurethane elastomers, with short workability time, quicker demouldability. They have a marked stiffness.
Excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance. Good dimensional stability. Hardness 40 and 90 shoreA.
Main applications
Rubber for moulds. Floor and wall impression moulds; stamped stone; ball mill inserts and guards; formworks for foundries; rollers and conveyor belts; impact-resistant props; prototypes that require rigidity.
